This Pilates flow is designed to help ease back pain and support your posture. It can help to counteract poor postural habits - such as long hours in the office working behind the dest or hunching your neck and upper body as scrolling your phone. Through gentle strengthening, mobility, and alignment-focused exercises, we'll work on improving your posture, spinal support and body awareness.
