It was a treat and a half growing up in the 80s, especially because of the banger cartoon shows airing at the time. The cream of the crop though, at least for me, were ThunderCats and He Man and the Masters of the Universe. The two have all the things necessary to make a kid carry the show from their childhood to grueling adulthood - an ensemble set of unique characters who are loyal to each other, come hell or hailstorm, a young hero thrust into responsibility, a powerful sword, and a villain who would stop at nothing to get the sword. When I heard that there was a He-Man/ Thundercats comic book out there, I could not wait to get my hands on it. I have now devoured the 6 issue comic book series and here to tell you the entire tale and my uncensored thoughts about it! Let’s go!
