Ready to release tension and unlock your hips? This 25-minute hip-opening yoga flow is designed to gently stretch tight hips, improve flexibility, and support lower back health. This class is for you whether you sit a lot, experience hip or lower back discomfort, or simply want to feel freer in your body. This class is also pregnancy friendly.
We’ll move mindfully through poses that target the hip flexors, glutes, inner thighs, and lower back, helping you increase range of motion and let go of stored tension. All levels welcome.
