What’s up guys!! I’m back with a tried and true glute day for a nice juicy dumpy 🤌🏼🍑 workout details below! 👇🏼
LEGS GLUTES
warm up 4x 10 BW lunges
3x15-20 abductions
ham curls - 3 working sets + 25 partial finisher
WOD:
Hip thrust: 3 x 12 + 15-25 half reps “pumps”
RDL: 3x 10 slow
SM reverse lunges- 3x 10
Glute kick backs 3x 15 1 sec hold peak contraction
