Been lifting in a higher volume rep range lately as summer arrives for optimal muscle building and sculpting. Focusing more on form and feel rather than numbers👌🏻
Full Workout:
Warm-Up: On Own
BB Rows: 4x12-15 reps
(Drop set till failure on last set)
Weighted Neutral Grip Pull-Ups: 4x4-8
(Drop set till failure on last set)
Incline Renegade Rows: 4x8-10 each arm
SS w/
DB Lat Pull-Overs: 4x10-15
Supinated Lat Pulldowns: 4x15-20
SS w/
Cable Rear Delt Row: 4x15-20
(Very similar to a cable face pull, focusing more on targeting the rear delts)
