Описание: This comforting and healthy mung dal is perfect for a light and wholesome meal. Start by soaking mung dal overnight to make it soft and easy to cook. Sauté garlic, onion, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, and curry leaves in oil until golden and aromatic. Add turmeric, chilli powder, and chopped tomatoes, cooking until the tomatoes are soft and mashed. Season with salt, add a little water, and let it simmer. Finally, mix in the cooked mung dal and cook for a few more minutes so all the flavors blend beautifully. Serve hot with rice or roti for a nutritious and satisfying meal.
