I’m excited to share my latest recipe for air fryer salt and pepper tofu or 氣炸椒鹽豆腐粒. I’ve been wanting to experiment making this dish for a very long time. What held me back was that I didn’t want to fry tofu at home because of its high water content. That could be dangerous in a home kitchen. Then recently, I bought an air fryer. This was a total game changer. The first dish using my new toy was obviously salt and pepper tofu of course! I’m thrilled that it was a huge success. They came out exactly, if not better, than my favorite restaurant’s. Even better, it was super easy to make.
