1 Egg Yolk
1 Egg White
15g Granulated Sugar (0.5 oz)
125g Mascarpone Cheese (4.4 oz)

180g Castella or substitute: ladyfingers or other type of sponge cake, 7mm/0.3" thick (6.4 oz)

1/2 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
Hot Water
100ml Water (3.4 fl oz)
1/2 tbsp Rum or brandy

6 tbsp Fruit Granola
Matcha Green Tea Powder for topping

3 Dessert Bowls (10cm/3.9" diameter)

卵黄：１個分
卵白：１個分
グラニュー糖：15g
マスカルポーネ：125g

カステラ（7mm厚さ）：約180g（フィンガービスケット、スポンジ生地でも良い）

抹茶：大さじ1/2
湯：適量
水：100ml
ラム酒(またはブランデー)：大さじ1/2

フルーツグラノーラ：大さじ6
抹茶（飾り用）：適量
