Shahi tukda|shahi tukra is a popular dessert made from bread and is one of my favorite sweets. Shahi tukda is nothing but a bread fried in oil and dipped in the sugar syrup and mixed with rabri . Rabri is a condensed milk which has flavors of saffron , cardamon and sugar. Rabri can be served cold, hot or warm. this is a very simple recipe but we have to be very careful on the measurements as the sugar will be present on both rabri and sugar syrup. So I will clearly mention the ratio of the sugar and milk below, so that it tastes perfect.
I usually make shahi tukda on festivals especially on Eid-ul fitr and Eid -ul adha. so friends please do try this recipe and let me know in the comment section about the taste.
