Essar CHESTER Half Marathon Course RECCE

Описание: In this mini series building up to the Essar Chester Half Marathon 2025 (where I am part of the pacing team), I will be doing hints, tips and advice for anyone running the race.

Today I recce parts of the course to give you an idea what to expect, and offer some race day tips and training advice before race day itself.
