Headstart: Families of drug war victims have reportedly received threats and hostile messages days before former President Rodrigo Duterte’s confirmation of charges hearing at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Atty. Kristina Conti said on Tuesday, February 17, that intimidation and online harassment may intensify as the proceedings approach.
The confirmation hearing will determine whether there is sufficient evidence to move forward with charges linked to Duterte’s bloody anti-drug campaign.
