Ingredients
For Dough:
2 cups gehun ka atta (whole wheat flour)
1/2 tsp namak (salt)
mooli say relese water ko gehun ka atta may use Karna hai
Paani (as needed to knead)
For Stuffing:
1kg medium mooli (grated radish)
1-2 hari mirch (finely chopped)
1-inch adrak (grated ginger)
2 tbsp hara dhaniya (chopped coriander leaves)
1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1/2 tsp haldi (optional)
Namak to taste
For Cooking:
Ghee or oil (for roasting paratha)
Tip: Grated mooli ko thoda namak laga ke 10 min chhod do, phir uska pani nichod lena, warna paratha toot sakta hai.
