I am so excited to show you all some of my favorite booty and hip building exercises! These are not all of them, but they are a great start to start building the booty. I hope you all love this video! Exercises and set count down below.

Exercises:

Warm up
Clamshells - 4 sets of 12 for each leg
Banded Hip Thrusts (you can do without bands) - 4 sets of 15
Superman - 3 sets hold for 30 seconds
Hollow Man - 3 sets hold for 30 seconds

1st Superset
Kettlebell/Alternate Deadlift - 4 sets of 12
Sumo Squats - 4 sets of 12

2nd Superset
Curtsey Lunges - 3 sets for 30 seconds each
Banded Side Steps - 3 sets for 30 seconds
(or/and banded side step alternative)
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 12 each leg
Hip Adduction - 3 sets of 12 each leg

3rd Superset
Donkey Kicks - 3 sets of 12 each leg
Fire Hydrant Lifts - 3 sets of 12 each leg
Single Leg Glute Bridge - 3 sets of 12 each

Burnout Set
Glute Bridges - as many as you can for 1 minute
Glute Bridge Hold - Hold the Glute Bridge for 1 minute straight

Make sure to take a minute break between each superset and about a 30 second break between exercises.
