Welcome to Day 5 of the Reset & Restore Challenge 🤍
This 25-minute booty lift & hamstrings workout is designed to help you sculpt, lift, and strengthen your lower body while improving muscle tone and shape.
This workout can be done with dumbbells or completely bodyweight, making it perfect for home training. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can use water bottles or follow along without equipment.
