An Ennerdale man accused of fatally shooting his teenage son after he mistook him for a robber, is likely to face a culpable homicide charge, instead of murder. Sibusiso Tshabalala is currently charged with the murder of his son, Luyanda. Tshabalala shot his son as he tried to get into his car after attending an evening school class in June.
