1 bottle Sparkling Water
1 cup Milk (room temperature, 200ml measuring cup)
4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (e.g., Olive Oil)

1 teaspoon Sugar
1.5 cups Flour (200ml measuring cup)
1 packet Baking Powder
