This no-repeat strength training workout is a hypertrophy style workout to build full-body definition! We are hitting the upper body, lower body, and abs with supersets!
All you need today will be your dumbbells! This workout will leave you shaking in the best way!
20-MINUTE SUPERSETS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- Aim to lift heavy today to maximize our no-repeat supersets! The weight will be relative to you and the exercise we are performing. I used a range from 10-30lb/ 4.5-13.6kg.
