The Sydney Opera House is a world-renowned performing arts center and a masterpiece of 20th-century architecture located on Bennelong Point in Sydney, Australia. It opened in 1973, and is recognized for its unique, sail-like design and serves as a premier cultural, tourist, and architectural landmark.
The Sydney Opera House is one of the most recognizable structures in the world. We were treated to a look inside of it. Our excellent guide presented the history of the iconic structure and took us through the various venues that are housed while providing interesting side notes.
