As a natural bodybuilder who trains using power-bodybuilding principles, I mixed heavy lifts with high-rep accessory work to get the best of both worlds — strength + hypertrophy.

BACK:
• Deadlifts / Rack Pulls
• Lat Pulldowns / Pull-Ups

• Hyperextensions / Rear Delt Work (optional)
TRICEPS:
• Heavy Skullcrushers or Pressdowns
• Cable Extensions
• Dips / Machine Dips
• High-rep Finisher
