Want your mind to be absolutely blown? Check out The Bombay Frankie Company. As someone who is still discovering the beautiful flavors and textures life has to offer, I have to say, a frankie is unlike any other. All of my tastebuds were satisfied - sweet, salty, sour - and so was my tummy (yes, I ended up eating the entire frankie off camera).

What made my first Indian Cuisine experience even better was learning more about the humble beginnings of The Bombay Frankie Company from Co-Owner, Priyanka Mac. From starting off in the gas station business, to having the first store front be in that very gas station, impressive is an understatement. I highly recommend this spot if you're feeling adventurous or just simply want a more than satisfying meal. I had the chicken tikka malasa frankie, but I imagine everything else to be equally as delicious. PLANT-BASED friends - almost 50% of the menu is for YOU!
