Join me in this Steps Workout for Weight Loss that will also give your muscles a nice tone. It can be easily followed along at home and requires no equipment at all with the exception of a step of course.
Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. And of course we will start with a short warm up and end with a cool down. Halfway through the workout you will get that water break to prepare for the second round.
