Nice! Here’s a simple and effective 8-minute home workout plan you can follow for a 14-day body comeback challenge—no equipment needed, and designed to work your full body.

14-Day Body Comeback Challenge
Daily: 8 Minutes Only
Format:
• 8 exercises
• 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest

Day 1–14: Full Body Focus
1. Jumping Jacks – warm up, get the heart rate up
2. Bodyweight Squats – thighs, glutes
3. Push-ups – chest, arms (modify on knees if needed)
4. Mountain Climbers – core, cardio
5. Lunges (alternating legs) – legs, balance
6. Plank – core (hold or try plank shoulder taps)
7. Glute Bridges – glutes, lower back
8. High Knees or Burpees – end with cardio burn

Tips for Success:
• Warm-up 1–2 minutes before starting: arm circles, leg swings, light jogging in place.
• Cool down 1–2 minutes after: stretch quads, hamstrings, arms, back.
• Stay hydrated and fuel your body well!
• If 40 seconds is too much at first, start with 30 seconds and increase as you go.

Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
