🏋️♂️ Detailed Exercise Description:
*1. Jumping Jacks (30–45 sec)*
Stand straight with arms at your sides.
Jump while spreading your legs and raising your arms overhead.
Return to the starting position and repeat.
👉 Great for warming up and burning calories fast.
*2. Squats (12–15 reps x 2 sets)*
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Lower your hips down as if sitting on a chair, keeping your back straight and knees behind toes.
Push through your heels to return to standing.
👉 Targets glutes and thighs, shaping your lower body.
*3. Push-ups (10–12 reps x 2 sets)*
Place your hands on the floor slightly wider than shoulders.
Lower your chest close to the ground, keeping your back straight.
Push back up to the starting position.
👉 Strengthens chest, arms, and shoulders.
*4. Mountain Climbers (30–45 sec)*
Start in a high plank position.
Drive your left knee toward your chest, then quickly switch to the right knee.
Keep alternating at a fast pace.
👉 Intense cardio move that burns belly fat effectively.
*5. Plank (30–60 sec)*
Rest on your forearms with body in a straight line from head to heels.
Engage your core and hold the position.
👉 Builds core strength and tones your abs.
