Hey guys! Join me for this super speedy breathwork practice to have in your tool belt to use whenever. It can lift you up if you're feeling low or calm you down if you're feeling stressed, helping you arrive somewhere around 'balance'.
This can be practiced:
With eyes closed/open
Stood up/sat down/lay down
With ujjayi breath/regular nasal breathing
When you wake up/go to bed
Before/after eating
Before a meeting/interview
