A. Ingredients for the batter (面糊材料):

250ml Cold Water (冷水)
100g All Purpose Flour (面粉)
50g Glutinous Rice Flour (糯米粉)
1 tbsp Custard Powder (吉士粉/蛋黄粉)
½ tsp Baking Soda (小苏打粉)
1 tbsp Spring Onion (青葱)
1 tbsp Shredded Carrots (胡萝卜丝)
150g Shrimps (虾仁)
40g Dried Shrimps (虾米)
1 pc Red Chilli (红辣椒)
5 pcs Shallots (葱头)
½ tsp Salt (盐)
½ tsp Sugar (糖)
½ tsp White Pepper (胡椒粉)
2 tbsp Cooking Oil (油)

B. Marinate Shrimps (醃制虾仁):

½ tsp Salt (盐)
1 tsp Sesame Oil (麻油)
A dash oh White Pepper (胡椒粉少许)
