Here we are: 12 weeks out from my 2026 A-Race, The Mingus Mountain Traverse. Join me for a solid week of running focused on building my running base and identifying where I am currently struggling within my training.
Had a bit of inflammation this week that I had to navigate that thankfully resulted in nothing major.
I have decided to document every training week specific to Mingus on the channel, organized under the "2026 Mingus Chronicles" Playlist.
