In this video, I’ll show you how to:

✔️ Prepare a simple high-protein dough
✔️ Cook these pies three ways—pan-frying, baking, and my favorite: silicone molds!
Silicone molds make the pies perfectly uniform in weight and allow you to use more filling with less dough—I’ve linked my favorite molds below!
This is my healthier, macro-friendly take on belyash—a traditional Tatar dish that’s usually deep-fried and super high in calories. But my version keeps all the flavor with better macros!

INGREDIENTS for 15-20 pies:
400g lean ground beef
2 garlic cloves
1 onion (120g, chopped)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp of your favorite meat spice blend
400g fat-free cottage cheese (blend if grainy; add water if too dry)
2 eggs
½ tsp baking powder
60g of any flour
