📝 INGREDIENTS (for 15 pies):
🥛 400g (14 oz) fat-free cottage cheese
🥚 2 eggs
🌾 60g (½ cup) flour
⚖️ ½ tsp baking powder
🍗 150g (5 oz) cooked chicken breast
🍄 200g (7 oz) mushrooms
🧅 60g (2 oz) onion
🥦 150g (5 oz) broccoli stems
🌶️ ½ tsp chili pepper (or to taste)
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🍋 2 tbsp concentrated lime juice
🥄 30g (2 tbsp) Greek yogurt/ Coconut milk
