It's the beginning of March, and although not much is growing, I wanted to give you a quick tour of how we transformed our typical suburban neighborhood home into a small scale homestead! From growing fruits and veggies, owning a backyard flock of chickens for eggs, bunnies galore for garden fertilizer, and tapping our trees for sap, we are going to show you easy and frugal ways you can make your homesteading dreams come true, even when you dont have the space or land. Welcome to the Blossom Bliss Homestead! I'm Kelli and our family of 6 moved to Southwest Missouri in November of 2023. We purchased our new home in April of 2024 and are transforming our blank canvas of a suburban home into a joyous small-scale homestead.
