6. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
AT RISK FOR AUGUSTA PUBLIC WORKS CAMPUS
Consider approval and authorize the advertisement of a Request for Proposals
(RFP) for Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) services for the Augusta
Public Works Campus project, located at the intersection of East 5th Avenue
and North Grove Street.

Consider appointing a City Councilmember to fill vacancy on the Park
Advisory Board due to resignation of Eric Birk.
