Life can be both stressful and chaotic. As humans, we take on and experience so much that our bodies can't always handle the emotional impact. Especially if we let things accumulate without taking the necessary time to feel and process life. When stress and emotions build up over time, it gets stuck in our body and turns into disease.
When we have the awareness to reboot and cleanse are emotional and spiritual bodies, we can give ourselves the space to cultivate self-love within by connecting to our breath and feeling into our emotions and the things we're holding onto.

This type of breathing has amazing benefits such as emotional regulation, grounding, enhanced creativity, stress relief and anxiety relief, harmonizing your cells, lower blood pressure, bringing your mind and heart into coherence, improved mood and focus, balance, accessing altered states of consciousness and much more.
HOW TO DO THE BREATHING TECHNIQUE:

Today, we'll be practicing coherent breathing for 2 rounds with a special channeled meditation at the end. Breathing in through our nose for 6 sec and out through our nose for 6 sec in a slow and steady rhythm.
Starting each inhale in the lower belly, then up to your chest, and fully let go on the exhale.
You'll want to get into a comfortable position either lying down or sitting up with your spine straight.
If you have headphones or a nice speaker, I encourage you to use them to amplify your breathwork experience.
