30 Minute Metabolic Workout Over 40 | Burn Fat Fast!

Описание: Rev up your metabolism with this dynamic Metabolic Workout! Burn calories, tone muscles, and ignite your energy in a high-intensity routine designed for maximum fitness gains.

I used a set of 7kg/15lbs & 10kg/22lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

There are 3 Circuits to complete 2 x through. 30 secs work/10 secs rest.

4️⃣2 Pushups + 2 Jump Squats
5️⃣X Body Mt Climbers

1️⃣Double Pulse Thrusters

5️⃣Crab Toe Touches
6️⃣Alt Side to Side Burpee

Tabata Finisher
