Welcome to this week’s live SimplyBe Meditation — a gentle, grounding practice to help you end your Monday with clarity, confidence, & calm.

In this guided session, we’ll walk a peaceful inner path, meet a future version of ourselves who embodies confidence, assertiveness, & ease, and then step into that version fully. This visualisation is designed to help you start your week feeling aligned, empowered, and deeply supported from within.

🌿 In this meditation you will:

• Settle your mind and body for the week ahead
• Visualise a future you who carries the qualities you’re ready to grow into
• Step into the mirror and merge with your confident, calm, grounded self
• Carry this renewed energy into your Monday evening and beyond

This practice is perfect for anyone wanting to build self‑trust, strengthen inner confidence, and begin the week with intention and gentle empowerment.

During the meditation, you may notice everyday sounds around you — a doorbell, background noise, or life continuing as it naturally does. This is completely fine. Rather than resisting interruptions, you’re invited to allow sounds to deepen your experience, giving yourself permission not to attend to anything unless it’s truly urgent. You may wish to switch off your phone to minimise interruptions, while also releasing the need for everything to be perfectly quiet.

🧘‍♀️ Live session guidance:

I will guide you through a variety of mindfulness, relaxation, and breathing exercises that we practise together each Monday. You’re warmly invited to join me live, allowing you to share the experience in real time.

To help you fully immerse yourself, I suggest not messaging during the exercise itself. I’ll always allow 5–10 minutes at the end of each session for reflection, feedback, and interaction if you wish to share. If you’d like to introduce yourself when you join the live stream, please feel free — just remember to be respectful, as messages will remain visible on the uploaded video.

🎵 Music note:

There is no background music during the session, so you’re welcome to play your own relaxation music if that feels supportive. Each of us relaxes differently, and this allows you to choose what works best for you.
