I set up a camera to record the first couple of days of primary fermentation. This is my first timelapse video ever so it's pretty crappy. Don't judge.
The cider is from an orchard near Chicago. The yeast is Red Star pasteur champagne yeast. Framerate is one frame every 140 seconds.
