This is a 40 hour timelapse of a beer fermenting with ale yeast. The plan was to film 48 hours, but our carboy overflowed because we didn't use a blow off tube! This was a learning experience, we'll be sure to use a blow off tube for the next beer. This is the end to our Easy American Ale brewing video.
