If you've been learning about nervous system regulation and want to get an embodied experience of what it's like when your body settles in the presence of others, this free event might be a wonderful opportunity for you to do so.

We'll be working with Polyvagal science and somatic practices in real time. And while I'll briefly touch upon the science of co-regulation, this live is designed to give you a felt experience in your body of what co-regulation truly is.

I'll guide us through practices that help your nervous system find more flexibility, more capacity, and more ease.

Together, we'll explore what co-regulation actually feels like when it's embodied. I'm here to answer all your questions and support whatever comes up for you during this process.
