In this montage you'll find insights on how to be a great product designer, how to run a great virtual business/startup meeting, how to break the ice and introduce yourself in meetings and ultimately, how a startup team should work (in my opinion). It's definitely intimidating to see how many decisions I have to make on a weekly basis. Each small decision builds that compelling product vision. Especially at our early stage I think it is critical to have a deep hand in everything the team does, until we prove our product- market fit.
