💪🏿 ON REST DAYS, WE PUSH CARS UP HILLS 💪🏿

Today is my "Rest" Day but, since my calves are my weakest body part, I decided that, weather permitting, I'm going to start pushing my car up the small incline behind my facility. Aside from the last two days before the show, I have 4 more "Rest" Days between now and July 9th.
Today, I pushed the car up the tiny hill for 20 rounds of 30 seconds on, 90 seconds off. Once I could no longer push at the top, I would do Straight Leg Calf Raises until the timer went off, then I would Eccentrically resist against the downward momentum of the car to bring it back to the starting position.
As long as the weather is good, my plan for the next 4 "Rest" Days are:
1. 30 Rounds; 40 on/80 off
2. 40 Rounds; 50 on/70 off
3. 50 Rounds; 60 on/60 off
4. 60 Rounds; 30 on/90 off
