Описание: I LOVE candied pecans in my salads but I don't like the added sugar of the store bought kind. So I make my own that take 5- minutes to make! So So yummy.

Full Recipe: I literally eyeballed this entire recipe so adjust to YOUR tastes.
4 TBSP butter
1.5-2 C Pecan halves
1-1.5 C sweetener

Melt butter over medium heat (be careful not to brown the butter)
Add in pecans once melted
Stir continuously until coated
Add sweetener and STIR CONSTANTLY
Adjust heat as needed ( i always go lower as to not burn anything)
Once Pecans are coated in butter and sweetener let cook in pan until slightly caramelized.
Spread onto parchment paper to cool.
ENJOY!
