Sweet Cinnamon Churro Snack Mix

Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 bag oyster crackers

Coating:
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Make the caramel coating:
In a saucepan, melt 1 cup salted butter and 1 cup packed brown sugar and bring to a gentle boil.
Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon, then mix until combined.
Add in 1 bag of oyster crackers and mix until coated.
spread the mixture onto a stone bar pan and bake at 350* for 15-18 minutes.

While it bakes, mix together ingredients for coating: salt, sugar and cinnamon

Let crackers cool for 2-3 minutes.
While still warm (but not hot), transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mix over the top and toss until every piece is coated.
