Описание: Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR BEGINNERS & it's about a 30-minute long practice. During this video, we are doing fairly simple poses that should be doable for most. I tried to explain the poses thoroughly throughout the practice so you could get a good idea of how to get into each one.
