No excuses, just accountability. Taking it back to basics in the basement to get the momentum moving again. Currently sticking with an Upper/Lower split with a primary focus on building strength on the bench.

Filmed in my basement on Olympus EM10 mkiv with a 7artisans 12mm f2.8 m4/3 lens . Need to clean basement.
