This cover comes courtesy of the fact that Lynn and I are going to see Daryl Hall (along with Elvis Costello and The Imposters... with Charlie Sexton playing in the band?) tomorrow at Bethel Woods. We've seen Elvis a few times and we saw Daryl a number of years back (with Hall and Oates, also at Bethel Woods). Had either artist been playing on their own I think I'd have passed on going to see them, but seeing the two of them on the same bill seemed like a good ticket.
"You Make My Dreams (Come True)" by Hall and Oates off of their "Voices" album which came out in 1980 and featured John Siegler on bass. Also, Jerry Morotta played drums on the album.
