Build
-Arcane Boots: Early mobility is very good on Karina because we can apply more pressure to our enemies, it also makes early jungle rotation faster for better farming. These boots also gives us some Magic Penetration to increase our damage potential.
-Enchanted Talisman: This item gives us medium Magic Power, some HP but a lot of Cooldown Reduction, 20%! It also give us pretty much unlimited mana so we can constantly spam our skills when we move around the map or when we farm jungle\lanes without worrying too much about it.
-Calamity Reaper: Medium-high Magic Power, a lot of Mana (at this point it will really be unlimited) and 10% more CDR. At this point our CDR will be higher than 30% (thanks to the bonus given by the Emblem Set) and with this much CDR our skills will have extremely low cooldowns, this is especially important for our first skill because it will have a very high uptime so that we can move around extremely fast! The True Damage given by the Passive is also very strong and it adds nicely to our burst damage.
-Holy Crystal: It gives a lot of Magic Power plus more % based Magic Power making our Magic items even stronger. It also makes our burst combo stronger thanks to its passive that empowers our skills.
-Immortality: We are an aggressive Assassin and we are very squishy, this item allows us to be a bit more aggressive in a safer way. It gives high HP and Magic Resistance and the resurrection passive is another key component that makes it a strong pick.
-Devil Tears: We finish our build with a very solid item. It gives medium Magic Power but a ton of Magic Penetration! Even more when we are full HP and that matters a lot because when we do our initial burst combo we will be full HP or close to full most of the time so we can benefit of the higher Magic Penetration and shred our targets even if they built some Magic Resistance!
Starting Item: Hunter's Knife (250g Jungle Item), she is already one of the best junglers in the game, this item will make your jungling even faster and you will also get more gold\exp thanks to it.

Emblem Set
Magic \ Magic Assassin: These sets are the best ones with Karina, which one you should use mostly depends on the level they have relative to eachother. Anyway you can't go wrong with one of these.

Battle Spell
Flicker: This Spell is good on most of the heroes for its versatility, Karina can make good use of it in many situations, both for aggressive and defensive scenarios or even just to reposition in a better location.
Purify: When we go to do our burst combo we will be in the middle of fights or in general in "scary" places many times so the ability to break free from unwanted CC on key moments can be very useful. The movement speed can help our escape\repositioning but in some situations it can also be used aggressively to catch up to enemies we want to kill.
