Описание: Recently, Lainey had another opportunity to sing “This Little Light of Mine” during worship at church. If you listen closely, you might catch her tiny voice brushing the microphone—soft, cautious, and full of learning—as she discovers what it means to offer praise. At just two years old, she’s doing beautifully, and every courageous little note feels like a quiet gift of trust placed in God’s hands.

Worship concluded with the final song, but the joy of the morning carried on afterward in lighter, more playful ways. After church came a cupcake, joyfully devoured with all the enthusiasm of a happy puppy, followed by laughter and exploration in the church playrooms. These moments weren’t acts of worship themselves, but fruits of a heart made glad—signs of a child at ease, surrounded by love and lost in play.

It was one of those Sundays where faith felt close and ordinary in the best way—where we worshiped God together as a family, then celebrated birthdays afterward with laughter and cake, and were reminded that even the smallest lights can shine brightly when they are first lifted up in worship.
