So as a real estate broker and investor, my days are pretty spontaneous. Originally I just planned to film this day doing my morning routine, moving in my client, and then meeting with another investor, then probably checking emails and editing another YouTube video.

However because of another flip having great numbers, I ended up just checking out another home to flip!

I think it's so cool to have a career where where you wake up and literally anything can happen. That's the beauty of real estate!

Wake up
I usually wake up at 6:30am. Most of the time I end up waking up before my alarm. The first thing I do is check my phone. I usually check my stock portfolio first to wake me up. If it's down, usually that gets me a little bummed and wakes me up. If it's up then that usually gets me excited and also wakes me up.

Get Ready for the gym
I take my vitamins and pre workout and get ready to leave to the gym.

Morning work out
I always go to the gym and work out with weights from 7am-8am. You guys know I talk about a morning routine all the time. It's one of the most important things I do to start my day and get ready for work. Because of this, it's always pushing myself physically and mentally. After that I usually go on the treadmill and do cardio for 30 min while listening to an audio book.

Post workout
Make myself a delicious protein shake!

Check emails
Around this time while I'm drinking my protein shake, I'm usually checking emails or handling anything else that came in from the night before or in the morning.

Showings/errands
After emails I usually have showings planned where I take out clients to see homes, or maybe I have other errands to run. In this case it was moving in my client because he just bought a home. Then after that it was meeting with another investor to discuss a deal.

Random stuff
As I said before, sometimes our lives in real estate is really spontaneous. After discussing a possible home to flip with my investor friend, I ended up going to the property to check it out!

Lunch
Around noon I always eat lunch and most of the time I'm usually cooking or eating leftovers.

Post Lunch
Around this time I'm usually checking emails again or use this time for Youtube. That entails anything from scripting, shooting, editing videos, etc

And that is pretty much the gist of my day! Hope you enjoy!
