In this video, I give my honest review on 3 brokerages that I interviewed with when I got started in real estate . I give a detailed description of each brokerage, as well as the pros and cons of each one.

1.) Keller Williams - Largest real estate brokerage in the world. 70/30 commission split - team culture - mentorship - traditional - % contribution to profit share
2.) "boutique brokerage" luxury real estate market - niche brokerage - high end clientel
3.) Marzucco Real Estate - 100% commission - fastest growing brokerage in FL - freedom to do a variety of sales - free training weekly - young energy
