Описание: Join me in this 25-Minute Intermediate MAT PILATES Workout to LENGTHEN and TONE your body. We'll begin with a warm-up to release tension from the low back, hips, and sides of the body and then hit the CORE from all angles (front, sides, and back). Winding down with a few more lovely stretches, you're bound to feel simultaneously worked and refreshed once we're finished. Routine begins approximately 1:13 into the video. Enjoy!
