Moral leadership is about distinguishing right from wrong and doing right, seeking the just, the honest, the good, and the right conduct in achieving goals and fulfilling purpose.

Research has consistently found a direct relationship between higher levels of moral development and more ethical behavior on the job, including less cheating, a tendency toward helpfulness to others, and the reporting of unethical or illegal acts.

The servant leader is servant first, It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. The servant leader’s top priority is service to employees, customers, share- holders, and the general public. Leadership flows out of the act of service because it enables other people to grow and become all they are capable of being. Courage is all about strength in the face of pain or grief.

Courage means having the mental and moral strength to confront, persevere through, and withstand danger, difficulty, or fear. Courageous leaders accept responsibility, take risks and make changes, speak their minds, and fight for what they believe.
