Ingredients :
1 carrot
2 celery sticks from the stalk
A bunch of cilantro with root
2 dates
1 cup soaked almonds(use whatever seeds or nuts you want)
1/2 small red onion 1/3 big red onion
1 cup flaxseed meal
2 garlic cloves
Squeeze of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of nama shoyu
Seasonings to your taste:
Curry powder
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Black salt
Cumin seed powder
Coriander seer powder
Oregano
Directions :
Mix all ingredients (except for flaxseed) in a food processor or strainer it through a juicer and collect the pulp
Place it in a bowl and add flaxseed meal and mix with hands to turn it into a pate that sticks together easily
Roll them in or pat them into desired shapes for the things you need
35-40° C for 5-6 hrs for burgers and longer for falafels/meatballs
Freeze them for freshness and thaw them and place back in dehydrator for 2 hrs when ready to eat
